More Than a Color: Our Team Goes Gold and Orange

Today our offices looked a little different. Everyone showed up in gold and orange instead of Buffalo Bills’ attire. It wasn’t a random dress code for a Friday. September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month, and today our team wore gold and orange to show our support for children and families affected by pediatric cancer and pediatric leukemia.

This year, we wanted our support to go beyond what we wear. We donated $500 to Dawson’s Locker, a program of P.U.N.T. Pediatric Cancer Collaborative. Dawson’s Locker provides critical day-to-day support for Western New York families. This program provides gas cards, grocery cards, parking vouchers, cafeteria vouchers, and more so that families can focus on what matters most during an incredibly difficult time.

Childhood cancer doesn’t just affect the child fighting it. It reshapes an entire family’s life. That’s why the work of organizations like P.U.N.T. Pediatric Cancer Collaborative means so much. They show up in the moments families need it most, carrying a little of the weight so families don’t have to carry it alone.

We’re proud to stand with families facing childhood cancer, and grateful for organizations like P.U.N.T. Pediatric Collaborative that support them every step of the way.
